Magnesium sulphate Heptahydrate manufacturing technique :sulfuric acid method:
In the neutralization tank, the water and mother liquor should Be slowly added into the water and then neutralized with sulfuric acid. The color changes from earth color to red. The pH value is 5 and the relative density is 1.37 ~ 1.38(39 ~ 40° Be).The neutralization solution was filtered at 80℃, and the pH value was adjusted to 4 with sulfuric acid. Appropriate amount of seed crystals were added and cooled to crystallize at 30℃.After separation, the finished product was dried at 50~55℃, and the mother liquor was returned to the neutralization tank.It can also be neutralized by low concentration of sulfuric acid and 65% content of magnesium oxide in bitter soil, after filtration, precipitation, concentration, crystallization, centrifugal separation and drying, to produce magnesium sulfate sevohydrate.

MgO+H2SO4+6H2O→MgSO4·7H2O
