Acetic Acid is the most widely used acid in dyeing and finishing
Although other substitute acid is much cheaper in price,there are
some disadvantage,such as :stable change in PH value, and
applicability to water hardness, not very ideal....
Besides, it also has some defects in use, such as volatilization at
high temperature and normal temperature, resulting in unstable
acidity, pungent taste, and solidification in low temperature
storage, which will cause inconvenience in use and cost burden.
In view of this, our company developed this stable, non-volatile
and odorless organic dyeing acid DAC.
It is famous for low cost and high efficiency as a new substitute
chemical for printing and dyeing auxiliary.

1.Add water 86-88kg in 120kg drum,water should be warm
2.Add 20kg Acetic Acid,stir well again.
3.If water quality is not good,should add stabilizer,in case of
(If dyeing water quality is not good,also called “water quality is
not good”,if add stabilizer,so water 86kg is ok)
4.this non-volatile organic acid has a special function, is a
function of stable PH, unlike glacial acetic acid organic acid,
will volatilize, this point needs special attention. .
